    START is the leading initiative for Entrepreneurship and Technology in Switzerland. It is entirely run extracurricularly by students of the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is supported by the START Fund. The START Fund itself was established as an independent sub-vehicle of the HSG Foundation in November 2016. Together we share the vision of shaping a new generation of entrepreneurs who, in times of technological change, solve society’s challenges and take advantage of the new opportunities…

    Der 30-jährige Adrian Locher ist «Serial Entrepreneur». Sein erstes Unternehmen gründete und verkaufte er während des Studiums an der Universität St.Gallen. Danach arbeitete er zwei Jahre als Berater und baute schliesslich in Berlin ein weiteres Start-up auf. Im Frühling 2010 gründete er DeinDeal.ch. 60 Prozent des Unternehmens verkaufte er Mitte 2011…

    HSG Alumnus Adrian Locher hat mit dem von ihm aufgebauten Unternehmen DeinDeal.ch den Wettbewerb «HSG Gründer des Jahres» 2012 gewonnen.

    Der 30-jährige Adrian Locher ist «Serial Entrepreneur». Sein erstes Unternehmen gründete und verkaufte er während des Studiums an der Universität St.Gallen. Danach arbeitete er zwei Jahre als Berater und baute schliesslich in Berlin ein weiteres Start-up auf. Im Frühling 2010 gründete er DeinDeal.ch. 60 Prozent des Unternehmens verkaufte er Mitte 2011 an Ringier. Die Deals auf der Website zeichnen sich durch Rabatte von 50 bis 70 Prozent aus, welche durch die Kaufkraft der Masse gewährt werden können. DeinDeal.ch ist innerhalb von zwei Jahren von 5 auf 180 Mitarbeiter gewachsen und heute im Bereich der Social-Buying-Plattformen der Marktführer in der Schweiz.
